Congratulations to the teams who are qualified for the 9-BALL WORLD QUALIFIER CHAMPIONSHIP!!!
The World Qualifier event is scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 30-
June 1 and is being held at Shore Thing, Bubba’s and Brickhouse in Myrtle
Beach. The tournament will be Modified Single Elimination, where THREE teams will
move on and head to Las Vegas to compete in the APA World Team 9-Ball
Championship.
Registration begins at 6:00pm on Friday night. The Team Captain’s meeting will be held at 6:30pm SHARP on Friday evening and all cert statements need to be filled out by this point. Make sure to read info in the rules regarding cert statements. Play for all matches in yellow starts immediately after, at 7:00pm.
One round will be played on Friday, and play resumes on Saturday morning at 10am for matches in matches in GREEN. (see tournament board for times)
All players will need to fill out and sign a “Team Certification Form” prior to the event. Any player not signing the “Teams Certification Form” prior to the start of their match will be ineligible to participate. Please make sure your team arrives in time to fill out and sign.
APA game rules and Local By-Laws still apply. In addition, the “HLT Team Captain’s Notes” also apply. Please review them carefully!
**TEAMS THAT HAVE OUTSTANDING DUES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITIES!**
DRAW AND MATCH SCHEDULE will be posted HERE, a week prior to the event.
ALSO, ALL ROSTERS AND UPDATED SKILL LEVELS WILL BE POSTED THE DAY PRIOR TO THE WORLD QUALIFIER. However, please make sure to certify higher, if you believe you are capable of a higher skill level and could risk disqualifying your team. Rosters will display automatically, highest of session ending or current SL.
**Only players from your 2025 Spring Session roster (with the required number of 6 matches during the session and a minimum of 10 9-BALL matches in the last two years) are eligible to play in this tournament. Current summer Session matches DO NOT count toward matches played. All teams must have retained a minimum of 4 original players on the roster from the time they qualified. No exceptions!!**
